A compilation of records that searches out the ancestry of the parishes of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Southwestern Virginia and sees them firmly established in the structure of the Church. As the early histories of counties and parishes are interwoven, this study remains closely related to the growth of the Commonwealth and is an excellent resource for those exploring their family history and genealogy.
